What is prediabetes?
Prediabetes occurs when your blood glucose levels are raised but not sufficiently high to be considered diabetes. Prediabetes over time increases your risk for developing diabetes.
By increasing your physical activity, losing weight and eating a high-fibre diet, you can reverse prediabetes and even delay the onset of type 2 diabetes. Remember to always follow your doctor's advice.
