Rice Dumpling with Dried Shrimp and Walnut

INGREDIENTS

INSTRUCTIONS

1.

Chop shiitake mushroom, walnut, and taro into small pieces.

2.

Stir fry peeled dried shrimp and peeled mung bean with chopped shiitake mushroom, walnut, and taro.

3.

Cook sticky rice and ten grain rice. 

4.

Stir fry with other ingredients. 

5.

Fold the reed leaves in half, forming a cone shape.

6.

Add in cooked rice and stuffing into the cone, and tie the rice dumpling with short leaved Malacca galingale.

7.

Cook the wrapped rice dumplings with medium fire for around 2 hours to finish the first dish.

8.

Cook the vegetarian meat and bak choy with garlic as the second dish.
