INSTRUCTIONS

1.

In a large bowl, combine flour and salt.

User a spoon to create a well in the centre. 

3.

Pour the boiling water into the well and stir until a loose dough ball is formed. 

4.

Knead the dough in the bowl for 3 minutes. Form the dough into a ball and cover an overturned bowl. Allow it to rest for 2 hours.

5.

Transfer the dough to a hard work surface. Divide the dough into four pieces. 

6.

Using a rolling pin, roll out each piece into a long roll, about 1-inch thick and cut it into 5-6 pieces. 

7.

Roll each piece into a rounded disc. 

Note: If you are not using the wrappers right away, refrigerate them.
