Quinoa Rice with Tofu and Black Fungus

INGREDIENTS

INSTRUCTIONS

1.

Stir-fry black sesame seeds.

2.

Press tofu to squeeze out the excess water.

3.

Cut garlic, black fungus and golden mushroom into small pieces, and tofu skin and choy sum into long thin strips.

4.

Add a little olive oil and soya sauce to a cooking pan.

5.

Add in chopped garlic, black fungus, golden mushroom, tofu skin and choy sum, and stir fry all the ingredients together.

6.

Pan fry the tofu block until all sides are golden brown. 

7.

Cook rice and quinoa.

8.

Sprinkle white pepper to the tofu and side dishes. Serve with cooked rice and quinoa.
