Seafood with Low Calories Konjac Noodles

Soak the clams in salt water for 1-2 hours to purge out the sand.
Marinade the Konjac noodles with salt for 5 minutes to remove the smell, then cook it in hot water.
In a pan, add oil and chopped garlic, then cook the clams.
Add hot water to the pan until it covers all the clams.
Take out the clams when they open as the water boils.
Cook sprouts and dried tofu skin for 3-5 minutes. Remove and place them in a bowl.
In the same bowl, add in the konjac noodles and clams with a small amount of soy sauce.
Heat the pan with oil, then fry the garlic, Chinese broccoli, and chicken spleen mushrooms.
Peel and cut the beetroots, fresh yam and carrot into small pieces, then panfry with oil.
Add water till it covers all the ingredients and boil for 30 minutes.
Serve with white pepper.
