Black Bean Salad with Corn, Avocado & Lime Vinaigrette

INGREDIENTS
INSTRUCTIONS
1.
Soak red kidney beans and chickpeas in water for more than 3 hours (or you may buy the canned version).
2.
Peel off the sweet potato skin and steam the sweet potato for 30 minutes till soft. Then cut it into small pieces.
3.
Cut the purple onion, broccoli, and tomato into small pieces.
4.
Add in oil into the pan and cook all the other ingredients except the shrimps.
5.
Stir fry with salt and dried parsley.
6.
Cook the ten grains and white rice.
7.
In a pan, add in oil and sliced garlic, and cook the peeled shrimps until browned.
