Black Bean Salad with Corn, Avocado & Lime Vinaigrette

Bring a large pot of water to boil. Add salt and pasta. Cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until pasta is al dente.
While pasta is almost cooked, add peas. Drain away the water and set aside pot of pasta and peas.
Heat olive oil in a large frying pan over medium heat. Add garlic. Stir fry for 1 to 2 minutes or until garlic starts to brown.
Add the yogurt and chopped cilantro.
Add the pasta and peas. Mix well.
Season with salt and pepper. Remove from heat and serve immediately.
